Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
In general, Federal law requires the availability of information obtained or maintained by entities sponsored by a federal agency. In addition, the Citizens’ Health Care Working Group is also subject to the more far reaching provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, which requires that the Working Group operate in the sunshine, making all except purely administrative meetings and materials open to the public. To actively implement this requirement, all critical materials generated by the Working Group are, posted on this Web site and also made available in hard copy at its main offices in Bethesda, Maryland.
Before submitting a FOIA request, please check to see if the information you are seeking is already available on our Web Site; most of it is. You can use our Search feature or our Site Map page to help you find what you need.

Please see the Department of Health and Human Services' Guide to Information Resources for general request information.
